I wish I could thank you in person- give you a great big hug, go on a huge hike, and just have some down time of just BEING with you. I really really appreciate your donation- as does Penney, and I am thinking about taking a Sam Stone with me to place along the race trail. It's all about weight- but when I am on my bike- it might not be such a big deal.
Here are the coordinates for the three Sam stones placed during the last year, along with a picture and video attached
Placed stone on June 16, 2009 @ Vallecito Lake on my family's property- where I would love to get married:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=bayfield,+co&sll=37.584582,-107.521133&sspn=0.131681,0.303154&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Bayfield,+La+Plata,+Colorado&ll=37.371598,-107.580877&spn=0.002063,0.004737&t=h&z=18
Then whilst in Alaska- slungshot a stone off into the bay- though I was shooting for land at Day Harbor near Seward in Driftwood Bay- 6/21/2009. Hopefully you can see it hit the water with a splash! I attach the video

And then last photo I tagged you in last week was on Colorado River- Moab "Daily" in one of the Cool River Camps right after Onion Creek Rapids, May 31, 2010:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Onion+Creek+Rapids,+UT&sll=38.727405,-109.364927&sspn=0.007684,0.018947&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Onion+Creek+Rapids&ll=38.732544,-109.369068&spn=0.001013,0.002368&t=h&z=19
So hopefully you can add those points to your map. Thanks again for helping out with our race. It's more of a personal challenge for me to just see how far I can push myself. Then next year- multi-day adventure race!
Much love,
Amy

On 29-04-2010 our son Sam is born in Nijmegen (the Netherlands). A medical student was also there when i gave birth to our son and she gave us a Sam stone. I think we keep the stone with us and let Sam, when he is old enough decide what he's gonne do with the stone. I've send a picture from our son with this email. Greetings Marion Tebbens

I placed a Sam Stone on May 6, 2010, in Athens, Greece, in a
restaurant garden that has a canopy of orange trees. It is a
beautiful place, and perfect for Sam's stone. The restaurant is
Trattoria Pizzeria, in the old Platka part of Athens at the foot of
the Acropolis. The exact address is 4 Farmiki Street, Filomousou
Eterias Square, Athens, Greece.
