We went for a walk, as a family along the south bank of the river
thames in London, England . As we crossed Towerbridge ,my son was on
my husbands shoulders, we paused to take in the view across the river
looking at the mayors asemmbly office. And our son Hugo said that he
had found some treasure….  A Sam stone, was found up above our eyes
reach in the iron work that supports Tower bridge.
This gave us great pleasure and joy  to find such a thing. ( toddlers
see things that adults miss) .  Hugo will store sam stone in a memory
chest  of treasure he has found  and enjoys. Hugo is 3years old. Love
to Sam and his family and friends. what a great Idea,

Love Louise (Hugo's mum)

Contenental Divide – Colorado

Posted by: samstone @ 5:05 am

Hi John,

How are things going?

I promised you last time that my wife was going to place the Sam stone I got from you in Tibet. However her trip this summer has been postponed because of the recent events in Tibet (all tourists were banned from entering Tibet).  Recently, we went to Colorado and we visited this beautiful lake near the Continental Divide. It's such a tranquil place inside San Juan National Forest.
So I placed the Sam stone near the lake shore. The GPS loc is: 37°31'20.00"N, 107°13'33.00"W. I took a picture and a panorama. (The mountains are taller than they appeared in the picture).  My wife still plans to visit Tibet during the winter break. If you can send me another Sam stone,  she would like to place it on the Tibet plateau.

Best Regards,

Frank Liu

You can add the capital of Belarus to your map.  Unfortunately, I didn't have a camera to capture the event.
