John
I hope that all is well with you. As you suggested we have tried to place the memory stone with Sam’s name in an interesting place. While driving around Bonaire we saw a radio station with a fantastic underwater mural with a reference to Psalm 107:24. I thought that this would be nice setting to place the memory stone. The stone was physically placed at the far
right base of the mural under the Psalm Name. Trans World Radio is supposed to be the most powerful station in the Northern Hemisphere.

We found this wonderful tree along the Sardinian South East Coast in
Italy that was planted to show that recycled water could produce
beauty. We placed a Sam stone high where all the limbs branch out in
the tree. We couldn’t help to think that the Sam stone’s were
recycling Sam’s Love for all the world to know!

Hi Diane,
I thought you and John might enjoy these pictures. We helped Meg move her stuff to college recently and went to the American Folk Festival in Bangor. While there, we threw a SamStone into the confluence of Penobscot and Stillwater rivers. Another beautiful setting to remember and honor Sam’s spirit.
Take care,
Justin & Barb

On a sunny Sunday morning, April 29, 2007, I placed a samstone in a
raised flower bed in Vancouver, British Columbia. The flower bed
was along a frequently traveled walkway near the harbour and downtown
buidlings. The stone is in a gap among the flowers which people can
see.

We found a SamStone in the Pilgrims Tower at Provincetown Mass.
overlooking Cape Cod Bay.
We knew it must be a traveling stone looking for adventure.
Therefore we took it along with us to Boston where we subsequently
released it at Fenway Park in the seating section on top of the Green
Monster.
