Hi John,
I hope that you are well ? Here, finally, are the photo's taken of a Sam Stone being placed in Carvoeiro, Portugal. As I think I mentioned, this is a very special location to me and Wife as it was the exact spot that I proposed to Sue. We go every year and it's lovely to know that Sam will be there watching over us.

I was gifted a SamStone at Burning Man this year and was told to take
is somewhere cool! So on my last work trip I dropped it in a geocache
in Diego Garcia, B.I.O.T. in the Indian Ocean! 🙂

The view from Queenstown Gardens, NZ
During our vacation in New Zealand (Jan-March 2011) we placed two
SamStones which we received from my aunt and uncle in Burlington, VT,
at two sunny places with beautiful views:
One on the North Island on Mt. Victoria overlooking the NZ capital of
Wellington and one on the South Island in a tree in the city gardens
of the "adventure capital" Queenstown with a view of the town, Bob's
peak, Lake Wakatipu and the NLZ14 America's Cup Yacht.
