I got my SamStones in the mail today! The first thing I did was put it
on my drumset! I love to play the drums. Well, I love music in
general. I play my drums everyday. I knew this was the right spot to
put it. So there it sits till the end of time. Another SamStone,

I placed this Sam Stone in the Gentian Pond Shelter on the Appalachian
Trail in the Mahousic Notch.

I carefully placed a Samstone on a bench outside a small restaurant in Wikieup, AZ (population 305) on March 14, 2012. The restaurant owner encourages people to write their names on his walls and benches, so I wrote Sam’s name right above where I placed the Samstone. The restaurant boasts great Chicago style hot dogs and Philly steak sandwiches. The owner told us it is not uncommon for people to drive 124 miles from Phoenix for his famous “Philly steak sandwiches”.

I recently traveled to Nicaragua for an alternative break with JSC.
My girlfriend asked me to place a few SamStones on my journey. I was
more than happy to do. I placed my first stone in the deepest part of
Ojo de Aqua (Eye of Water). The Ojo de Aqua is a natural mineral water
swimming hole deep in the forest of the island Ometepe.

I found a samstone in sherborn, ma.
I saw it on a rock on a trail in the town forest for years. I was
given a 10 pence coin for luck, and I took the stone and replaced it
with the coin. I gave the stone to my friend who has a son named sam.
I then read your story. The next time I was in the wood, a new
samstone was there on top of the coin! It's still there.
Friend Andy took another ride.
Hi John, I rode with a club today. Weather was horrible – raining, foggy urghhh. Still had fun though 😉

First Samstone in Balkans !
I received these stones almost two years ago, along with really nice
letter inside, and thought about nice places in my country ( Bosnia)
to put them.Time went by, and since I'm working 6 out of 7 days in
week, haven't been able to visit my lands iconic landmarks (like the
Mostar bridge for example).So I decided , as a first step, I will
plant a samstone in my apartment.I hope i will get some free time to
travel and then comes the bridge, the fortresses and Bosnian
pyramids…
