John, Diane, and Sam,
I finally managed to go out and get a picture of the Sam Stones you
sent me. I ended up tossing the Sam Stones into the Atlantic at
Hammock Park, in Ocean Ridge, Florida… maybe someone will find them
wash ashore and will submit a story…
I have uploaded a picture that you can modify and post to your
website. Happy Holidays!

We placed two SamStones under our service berry bush in our back
yard at 416 Lloyd St., Pittsburgh, PA. The bush has beautiful blooms
in the spring and berries in the summer, which birds enjoy.

Hey my name is Nicole and I was given a Sam Stone by Haleigh a friend
of Sam's from high school. I'm originally from Burlington but am going
to college down in Washington DC and thought it would be a great idea
to leave a Sam Stone by the National Christmas Tree. Unfortunately my
photography skills are lacking and I lopped off the top of the tree in
the picture 😉 But you can see the sam stone towards the bottom of the
picture on the fence. I ended up leaving the stone at the base of one
of the smaller trees they have surrounding the national tree due to
heightened security in the area. Naturally I left it by the Vermont
state tree 😉

Today we dropped a SamStone into a 300' geothermal well at a
carbon-neutral house we are building at 42, Colabaugh Pond Road,
Croton-on-Hudson. NY 10520.
Hi John,Today, Patty and I dropped a SamStone into one of the 300' geothermal wells at our new house. Here's a picture of the copper pipes that will soon be inserted into the well. Thick ones for the low pressure side and thin ones for high pressure.

And a picture of the Sam stone on the well head.

And a picture of me dropping the stone into the well:
It made a very curious cosmic-like sound as it rattled down the well, and finally a splash when it reached the water level. And a picture of the well with the house in the background:

I put in an entry on samstones.org, too.
Chandu.

John,
We left a stone in the ruins of Vouni Palace, a Roman Palace from 500 BC – http://www.cypnet.co.uk/ncyprus/city/guzelyurt/lefke/lefke-web/vouni.htm – outside the village of Guzelyurt on the North West coast of Cyprus
