Where did you place the SamStone ? (please be as specific as you can e.g.: near a landmark, an address or a long/lat)

Please tell us more about where and how you placed it
One of my dearest friends (coincidentally named Sam) is buried in this beautiful cemetery built on a hilly patch of green land. At the bottom of the hill is a well-traveled deer path, which is where I placed the Stone on top of a fence post. There is a great sense of tranquility in this setting as there is in a lot of natural settings.

I left the stone under Hammering man’s heel in front of Seattle’s Art Museum. I received stones few weeks ago, but didn’t have a chance finally put them on the map. Today was the day, and of course, it was raining 馃檪 I hope it’s not going to be swept away by someone 馃檨

Hi John,
I placed the stone in the highest point of Costa Rica at 3820 m, I was hiking there with my kids but my daughter (Clara – you met her in Munich) got blisters in her left foot and had to abort the mission, I carried on and placed the stone in the left pillar of the sign (see the pictures) . Had to secure it since it is very windy up there. Maybe on your next trip to Costa Rica you can see it!
Saludos desde Munich!
Sergio

Please tell us more about where and how you placed it
We received a Sam-stone whilst on vacation in Vermont(USA), where we spent a wonderful few days at the home of Juliet O鈥橬iel. We took the stone back with us to the Netherlands where we have placed it at the Jewish monument in Wageningen. Wageningen is an historical city in the Netherlands where the treaty to end World War II was signed. This was the start of peace across Europe and the rest of the world.
