Kumawu – Ghana
Our friend Chuck took Samstones to Ghana !
Kumawu is the town. About an hour east of Kumasi. No water. No electricity (occasional generator). Decent schools. Decent internet. Eating the same stuff every day but ample. Decent beer from capital city for rich white guys, but usually warmish.
Offered to buy things for the college educated colleagues there (and they pay me back when I get there). All wanted low end smart phones and watches from Amazon. They shopped very carefully for features and price.

Venice beach – ca
My friend Jeff says
Michelle and I bought a house in Venice Beach (and have moved in together!). Shortly after we moved in we walk to the beach and placed a sandstone right here. It was a beautiful day.
