Location: Giant Mountain, about a mile from the summit on our descent

Story: My family and I found this SamStone on Giant Mountain in the Adirondacks in New York. We had summited Giant and were descending on the trail and had stopped for a moment and I looked down and noticed it. This was my 4 year old daughter Evelyn’s 3rd high peak hike and she was so excited to find the SamStone. We loved reading about learning about Sam’s life and legacy!
