Was in Tenby, Wales for an Ironman triathlon.  Their tide here is
something like 7 meters.  It is crazy.  These boats spend a portion of
every day on the ocean floor.  So I took the opportunity to leave
Sam's mark here.  Was the hardest IM race I have ever done.  But I
finished.
